# Exporting

> Turn your results into a shared link, a PDF report, a slide deck, or a study guide.

Findings only matter if they make it into the room where decisions happen. Humanize exports your results in formats stakeholders actually open.

## Share the live report

From the Summary, open the **Export** menu and create a share link. Anyone with the link can read the report in their browser — no Humanize account, no download, no attachment to keep in sync.

Links last **7 days**. Create a fresh one whenever you need it; making a new link while the current one is still valid keeps the same URL rather than scattering half-working links around.

  Shared reports carry the same anonymization as the app — segment and age, or participant numbers, never names.

## Report PDF

From the Summary, open the **Export** menu and choose **Download as PDF**. You get a polished, ready-to-share document with your findings, themes, recommendations, emotion analysis, and participant demographics. Takes a few seconds.

## Slide deck

The Export menu can also build a presentation from your results:

1. Click **Generate slideshow**. This runs in the background and may take a few minutes.
2. When it's ready, download as **PDF** or **PPTX**. The PPTX opens in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote, so you can reorder slides and drop them into your own template.

The deck covers key findings, themes, and emotion charts — the same story as the report, formatted for a meeting.

  Generate the deck once analysis is final. If you re-run analysis afterward, generate a fresh slideshow so the slides match the latest results.

## Study guide PDF

You can export the study design itself, too. From the builder, choose **Export guide** to download a branded PDF of your discussion guide — questions, probes, and screening criteria. Useful for stakeholder sign-off before launch, or for documenting methodology alongside the findings.

## Video

Video doesn't go in a PDF. Share [supercuts](/results/supercuts) directly instead — each one gets a 24-hour link that plays in the browser, no download needed.
