# Premium and professional recruiting

> Recruit decision-makers, specialists, and other professional audiences for interviews and focus groups.

Premium panels reach people a general population panel can't: decision-makers, developers, healthcare workers, and other professionals. The Humanize team builds and launches each one for you. It then appears on your Recruitment tab beside your other panels.

Premium panels run interviews and focus groups, not surveys. For self-serve recruiting, see [Recruiting](https://docs.humanize.app/study/recruiting-and-sessions.md).

## Requesting a premium panel

Finish your study first, including a screener of at least two questions. The team publishes it when they launch your panel.

Then [email support](mailto:support@humanize.app) with your study and who you want to reach. Include:

* **Who:** industry, job function, seniority, company size, and anything else that matters.
* **Where:** the countries to recruit from.
* **How many:** up to 500 participants.
* **When:** for a focus group, the session date and time, within 28 days of launch.

## How a premium panel recruits

* **Invitation only.** Each person who passes your screener gets a personal invitation while there's room.
* **A waitlist.** When the panel or a [segment](https://docs.humanize.app/study/segments-and-quotas.md) is full, people who pass wait for a place to open.
* **One invitation per person.** Someone who loses their place can't rejoin the same panel.
* **Booked sessions.** Focus group participants book the session when they sign up, and get a confirmation and reminders.

## Following a premium panel

You can rename or pause the panel. To resume, change, or delete it, contact support.
