This walks you through the full Humanize workflow. By the end, you’ll have a completed study with insights and video clips.

Create your study

Log in to Humanize and click New Study. Describe your research goals and attach any materials you have. Pick the study type and language, then send. Humanize generates a discussion guide, screener, and settings.You end up with a discussion guide, a screener, and settings such as session length. The guide holds the topics the AI moderator covers. The screener filters participants.More on creating a study

Recruit participants

When your study is ready, click Launch to submit it. Then launch a recruitment round from the Recruitment tab. For your own list, launch your participant link and then share it. The link doesn’t accept anyone until it’s launched.Two paths:
  • Our panels — general population participants are available directly in Humanize. For premium or professional recruitment, contact our team.
  • Bring your own — share a direct link with your participant list. They’ll go through the screener and video check on their own.
For a focus group, name at least one country your participants live in. Humanize uses it to suggest session times that suit them, and a round can’t launch without one.Need a specific mix — say, half iPhone users and half Android? Set up segments with quotas and recruitment fills each one.Once participants qualify, they’re scheduled into sessions automatically.More on recruiting

Sessions run on their own

The AI moderator welcomes participants, walks them through your discussion topics, and wraps up. You don’t need to be there.Sessions are recorded and transcribed in real time. AI agents keep track of time behind the scenes and adjust the flow if needed.More on recruiting and sessions

Analyze results

After sessions finish, our team starts the analysis. Running a survey? Hit Run Analysis yourself once responses are in. Humanize processes the transcripts, finds patterns, and generates your results on the study’s Report tab.More on results

Explore your findings

Your results include:
  • Summary — the report: what you learned, what it means, and what to do next
  • Deep Dive — question-by-question breakdown of how each topic played out
  • Themes — patterns with supporting quotes
  • Emotion analysis — what participants felt, read from their words, voice, and face
  • Supercuts — auto-edited highlight reels you can share with stakeholders
  • Explore — chat interface to ask questions about your data
