How it works
When you’re ready to launch, your study goes through a quick review by the Convo team. We check your discussion guide, screener, stimulus, and settings to make sure everything follows best practices and there are no issues that would affect your results. The review typically happens within 24 hours of you marking your study as ready. Once we’ve reviewed it, you’ll get feedback or a green light to launch. What we check
- Discussion guide — are your moments clear, well-scoped, and likely to get useful answers? Are priorities set correctly?
- Screener — will your questions filter for the right participants without being too restrictive?
- Stimulus — are images and videos the right format, legible, and well-described for the AI moderator?
- Settings — is the session duration realistic for the number of moments? Is the group size appropriate?
Why we do this
You’re investing time and money into running research. A quick review catches things like vague moment goals, screeners that are too broad or too narrow, or stimulus that won’t display well — issues that are easy to fix before launch but expensive to discover after. The study review is optional if you’re in a rush, but we recommend it — especially for your first few studies. Email us if you have questions about the process.
